Founded in 1998 in the city of Dalian by a group of brilliant mathematicians, experienced software developers from China and the United Stated, Comgi has been focusing on developing applications of computer graphics and image processing software for internet-Based multimedia applications. With the formation of Hubmo Information Co in 2003, the company entered in full speed into the rapidly emerging SMS solutions in Dalian to the municipal government and corporations. Using the Internet and wireless communication, we designed and implemented information systems that enable mobile office and office automation in order to improve the efficiency of the city government.
